Can AI be added to our existing software?

Often, yes, if the software has an API or we can work with its data. In many cases the better path is to add AI inside a portal or internal tool where we control the data, permissions and review steps.

Is it safe to use AI with our business data?

It can be, when the data, permissions and workflow are clear. We limit AI features to approved data, show sources where possible, and keep a person in the loop for decisions that matter.

How do you stop AI getting things wrong?

AI will sometimes be wrong, so we design around it. Outputs are suggestions with sources, a person confirms anything important, and we test with real examples before launch.

Will AI replace our staff?

That is not how we use it. AI takes on reading, sorting and summarising so your team spends more time on judgement, clients and decisions.

Do you offer AI on its own, without a software build?

Our focus is building software. AI is one of the capabilities we add when it helps, so we start with the workflow and the system it belongs in.

Extra Eyes is our own product, in active development. A supervisor uploads a SWMS, and Extra Eyes reads it against NSW Codes of Practice and returns cited review guidance: possible gaps, weak controls and recommended checks. A person still verifies every finding. It does not approve or certify a document.
