Can you connect Xero, MYOB or our CRM?

Usually, yes, if the tool has an API. We confirm what each tool allows during discovery and design the integration so records do not drift apart.

Do we need a new system, or can you automate what we have?

Both are possible. Sometimes connecting two existing tools is enough. When the process has no real home, a portal or internal tool with automation built in is the better fix.

How long does an automation project take?

Smaller automations often take 2 to 6 weeks. Automation inside a larger portal or internal tool is part of that build, which usually takes 8 to 10 weeks.

Will automation remove the need for staff review?

No. We automate the routine steps and keep people in charge of decisions that need judgement, such as approvals, compliance and anything client-facing that matters.
